Who we are

Flannel Pocket Design is a small architectural studio focused on projects that require continuous dialog between the client and architect. You will receive the benefit of 37 years of experience in architecture, project management, financial management, and construction administration. Very small and very large projects receive the same focus and commitment.

Ben Anderson, AIA NCARB is a licensed architect who prides himself on creating buildings and spaces that are connected to surroundings and individual needs. He has served his community by volunteering for his local Planning Board, Affordable Housing Trust Fund Board, a NAIOP committee member, an instructor for several quality control classes, and one of several speakers for a ULI panel focused on the “Reality of Retail”.
