Residential and commercial project services include an initial consultation to discuss the feasibility of your project. We will identify the permitting process whether your project is “by right”, requires a special permit, variance, and or site plan review.

We will identify the process in a step-by-step outline and will include schedule and fee estimates.

As a former Chair of the Planning Board and a presenter on the consultant side, I understand what it takes to successfully represent you from both sides of the table.
